Ils participent notamment à la rédaction de mémos en français et en anglais, à des projets de contrats et procèdent également à des recherches juridiques approfondies.

VOS MISSIONS

Nos stagiaires sont intégrés à l'équipe pour seconder les collaborateurs, comme les associés dans le cadre de missions en lien avec les dossiers en cours. Ils participent notamment à la rédaction de mémos en français et en anglais, à des projets de contrats et procèdent également à des recherches juridiques approfondies.

VOTRE PROFIL

Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage en Finance, vous êtes titulaire du CRFPA et bénéficiez d'un excellent parcours universitaire en droit des affaires éventuellement accompagné d'un diplôme d'IEP/Ecole de commerce ou/et LLM.  Vous disposez également d’un très bon niveau d’anglais vous permettant d’évoluer aisément auprès de notre clientèle internationale.

Vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique, développer votre expertise dans un environnement stimulant en travaillant sur des dossiers variés.

 Compétences requises :

• Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
• Sens de la rigueur et de l’organisation ;
• Une écoute active avec une aisance dans la clarification et le partage d’informations ;
• Bon relationnel et excellente communication à l’écrit comme à l’oral en français et en anglais ;

YOUR ROLE
 

Our interns join the legal team to assist the associates, as well as the partners, in assignments related to current cases. In particular. they participate in the drafting of memoranda in French and English, drafting pleadings and also carrying out in-depth legal research.

YOUR PROFILE
 

You are looking for an internship in Finance Law, you have passed the CRFPA (entrance to bar school) exam and have an excellent academic background in business law possibly together with a diploma from an Institute of Political Studies/Business School and/or an LLM. You also have a very good level of English, enabling you to work with ease with our international clients.

You wish to join a dynamic team and develop your expertise in a stimulating environment by working on a variety of files.

• Rigour and organisational skills;
• Active listening and the ability to clarify and share information;
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication in French and English;
