Italian-qualified Junior Lawyer (m/f/d) for our international Global Financial Markets

We are seeking a highly motivated junior lawyer (m/f/d), recently qualified as avvocato in Italy, to further strengthen our Global Financial Markets (GFM) team in Munich.

You will:

• Be part of a highly motivated, young, international and energetic team, led by an experienced English and Italian-qualified partner;
• Work on deals across Europe, with a strong focus on the DACH-Region and Italy, but also in emerging markets in Africa, Latin America and Asia;
• Work closely with other Clifford Chance offices, above all Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, London, Milan, New York and Rome;
• Advise leading international and national banks, multilateral institutions, hedge funds and large corporate clients;
• Gain experience in complex international financing transactions, including the financing of public or private acquisitions, corporate lending, real estate financings, trade & export financings and OTC derivatives.

You are recently qualified in Italy as avvocato and have already gained strong experience as a trainee lawyer in a leading international or domestic law firm in Milan or Rome, working predominantly on banking and/or real estate finance transactions. Knowledge of capital markets transactions is a plus. 

You are a quick learner, independent thinker and commercially minded. You have "drive", you “own” the work you do and progress your tasks proactively and independently. You enjoy a broad variety of work and are not scared of doing new things. You are a true team player, and you are ready to be part of a team that wants to exceed clients’ expectations and grow the business. 

You are now looking for a new challenge in the EU’s biggest economy, to broaden your horizon while keeping in touch with the Italian market.

You are fluent in English and Italian. German language skills are a plus but not required for this position.
