Paul Hastings Expands in Europe with Addition of Private Equity and Infrastructure Partner
Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP announced today that private equity and infrastructure M&A lawyer, Frederik Mühl, has joined the firm as a partner in Frankfurt. In addition to representing private equity sponsors in buy-out and growth transactions, Mühl specialises in national and cross-border corporate transactions for infrastructure investors.
Mühl’s addition reflects continued growth and investment in the firm’s global infrastructure and energy capabilities, following the hiring of Band 1 partners Jessamy Gallagher and Stuart Rowson in London and the high-profile Band 1 team led by partners Robert Freedman and Gregory Tan that joined Paul Hastings in New York last year.
Mühl will also strengthen Paul Hastings’ premier European private equity practice across London, Paris and Frankfurt.
